A 90-minute private session to reconnect you with the truth that lives inside you.
You don’t need more advice. You need to remember what you already know.
This session is for the part of you that knows there’s something deeper underneath the noise—underneath the self-doubt, the second-guessing, the fear of getting it wrong.
It’s designed to help you return to a felt sense of trust within your body—so you can move forward with clarity, alignment, and self-respect.
WHAT WE'LL DO
In this 90-minute 1:1 session, we’ll:
- Ground together and set a shared intention
- Explore a current challenge or place you feel stuck
- Gently surface the protective patterns and limiting beliefs that may be in the way
- Guide you through a somatic visualization to reconnect with your own Light / True Self
- Support you in healing the emotional wounds and rewiring the subconscious beliefs that have shaped your mistrust
You’ll leave with more than insight—you’ll leave with a felt experience of self-trust. This is a state you can return to again and again—one that reminds you, in your body, what it feels like to trust yourself.
Not just a temporary answer to a specific problem, but a deeper knowing that lives within you.
This isn’t mindset coaching. It’s not strategy. It’s not a pep talk.
It’s a space to listen deeply, feel honestly, and remember your wholeness.
