Below, you can access all the Power of Becoming post-retreat meditations! A few things to note:

  • On your mobile device, you can add the web page to your home screen if you want shortcut access to it like an "app."
  • You are welcome to listen using wifi/cellular, or you can download the meditations to your device —although I'd suggest doing this on your computer rather than your mobile device.
  • Practice-wise, you can stick with the Mindfulness of Breathing daily — or you can mix it up and try them all. The point is consistency. I want you to have agency and choice over how you spend your practice time, but please commit to mindfulness meditation every day for at least 10 minutes before we meet next—you can do the visualizations but don't let them replace the meditations completely.
