What We’ll Explore

Food isn’t just about what we eat—it’s about how we relate to it.

And for so many of us, that relationship is tangled up in guilt, confusion, and the pressure to get it “right.”

This free 1-hour live workshop is your invitation to slow down, return to your body, and begin healing your relationship with food through mindfulness.

In this workshop, you’ll:

🍓 Reflect on how food rules and morality create shame

🧠 Learn the difference between outer wisdom (what you’re told) and inner wisdom (what your body knows)

🌿 Understand how mindfulness helps you pause and respond—rather than react

🍇 Participate in a powerful, guided mindful eating experience using 4 raisins

💛 Leave with a felt sense of self-trust and connection to your body

✹ Please bring 4 raisins on a plate for the live mindful eating practice. (Really—any raisins will do.)

Why I created this.

After stepping away from content for a while, I realized what I most needed wasn’t more nutrition knowledge—it was presence, self-compassion, and trust.

Mindfulness changed my relationship with food. And with myself.

This workshop is the beginning of a new chapter—not just for me, but maybe for you, too.

It’s my way of reconnecting with you
 and saying thank you.

Who is this for?

This is for you if:

  • You’ve ever felt anxious or ashamed about what you eat
  • You “know what’s healthy” but still feel stuck
  • You’re curious about mindfulness but don’t know where to start

Whether you’re brand new to this or just ready for a different kind of conversation about food, this is a gentle, grounding space to begin.

🍇 You’ll need 4 raisins on a plate for the guided mindful eating experience. (You don’t have to like raisins to attend! The exercise is about awareness, not preferences. In fact, disliking raisins can make the practice even more interesting. Just bring them and show up with curiosity)
