What Weâll Explore
Food isnât just about what we eatâitâs about how we relate to it.
And for so many of us, that relationship is tangled up in guilt, confusion, and the pressure to get it âright.â
This free 1-hour live workshop is your invitation to slow down, return to your body, and begin healing your relationship with food through mindfulness.
In this workshop, youâll:
đ Reflect on how food rules and morality create shame
đ§ Learn the difference between outer wisdom (what youâre told) and inner wisdom (what your body knows)
đż Understand how mindfulness helps you pause and respondârather than react
đ Participate in a powerful, guided mindful eating experience using 4 raisins
đ Leave with a felt sense of self-trust and connection to your body
âšÂ Please bring 4 raisins on a plate for the live mindful eating practice. (Reallyâany raisins will do.)

Why I created this.
After stepping away from content for a while, I realized what I most needed wasnât more nutrition knowledgeâit was presence, self-compassion, and trust.
Mindfulness changed my relationship with food. And with myself.
This workshop is the beginning of a new chapterânot just for me, but maybe for you, too.
Itâs my way of reconnecting with you⊠and saying thank you.
Who is this for?
